1738. Carta de Pedro de la Puerta y Ochoa para Francisco de Sabariego.

Autor(es) Pedro de la Puerta y Ochoa
Destinatario(s) Francisco de Sabariego
In English

Letter from Pedro de la Puerta y Ochoa to Francisco de Sabariego.

The author writes Francisco de Sabariego to give him instructions about the various business the addressee administers for him in Seville. He also sends him letters in order to receive payments for some credits he has.

This lawsuit originated from the abintestato (the absence of a testament) of Francisco de Sabariego, a priest from Seville. The tribunal eventually divided the inheritance among the heirs end the various creditors. Pedro de la Puerta, baron of San Quintín, had employed Francisco de Sabariego as his administrator for the business he had in Seville, and various letters between the two were presented to demonstrate the outstanding debts Sabariego had in Seville.
