He lists their exact addressees and gives advice on how to arrest them with ease. Four men in Lisbon, a man of leisure, a fruit seller, a musician and a Lieutenant were prosecuted for having participated in a meeting, in a manor in the outskirts of Lisbon, where the fall of the liberal government was hailed with fireworks.
