The author sends several news about his earnings and makes political comments on a French ambassador and on the University of Coimbra. He also sends a paper with Jewish sayings.

The New-Christian Faustino José Vitória, a farmer of the Lamego region, was accused and convicted for Judaism, heresy and apostasy. The proof against him included some religions writings supposedly from his hand. He confessed being guilty after he was subject to torment.
