Manuel Viegas Lobo was accused and convicted twice for marrying several women. The first time he was exiled to São Tomé, and the second time to Angola. In the boat for his first exile, the new Governor of São Tomé, who was also on board, nominated him a judge, even without an academic degree in Law. |
