Dionisio Blanco Pastoriza, resident in Pontevedra, was sued by Matías Rodal de Araújo, also resident in Pontevedra. This had leased Dionisio Blanco Pastoriza one of the eight positions of public secretary of the city. Later, he had accused Dionisio Blanco Pastoriza of refusing to pay the rent for that position, which he had leased him for nine years. Dionisio Blanco Pastoriza refused to pay claiming that the debt had already been paid. The letter was handed over to the tribunal by Dionisio Blanco Pastoriza, to show that the payment had already been made.
