Benito Bermudez, representing his wife, Ana Touriño, both residents in Lérez (Pontevedra), were the heirs of Benito Touriño, late brother of Ana Touriño. Santiago de Nogueira, lawyer and resident in Pontevedra, asked them to pay him 150 reales he had lent to Benito Touriño. The letter was handed over by the applicant as a proof that the deceased had asked him that amount of money.
