Letter from Florentina de Castro to Miguel del Pinar.

The author asks her boyfriend if they are meeting that night.

Miguel del Pinar brought a lawsuit against Florentina de Castro following an accusation of unfulfilled marriage promise after he learnt she was marrying to another man in Écija (Sevilla). Florentina´s father took his daughter to Écija for avoiding the relationship she had in Sevilla with Miguel del Pinar, who provided three letters to prove the relationship between them and the promise of marriage they had made before witnesses. Florentina was asked to verify the authorship of the letters, but she denied it. Eventually the lawsuit was dismissed.
